The Australian bushfires and the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020 continue to have immense impacts on our Partners and their members in the superannuation and insurance industries.
Amidst the turmoil and uncertainty, they have been on the frontline, responding and supporting those in need – all while navigating their own challenges as organisations, leaders, teams and individuals.
SuperFriend used a customer-led, design sprint approach to develop digital toolkits and resources to support our Partners in supporting their customers and members, themselves and their teams.
